The DIGITA Academy aims to offer young graduates the skills to bridge the gap between the demands of businesses and the ecosystem linked to the Digital Transformation. It is an initiative aimed at 50 Digital distruptors that provides training of around 1400 hours, of which: 850 in the classroom study on the issues of industrial engineering, IT engineering, sociology, economics, law, etc. and 550 hours of project work in the company. The teaching, provided by university professors and top managers of Deloitte Digital, consists of a mix of theory and practice, aimed at 360 ° forming the expert profile of digital transformation. Events, seminars and hackathons enrich the training offer. The Academy provides for the recognition of internship training credits and further training activities through the certificate of attendance. Since its inception, the DIGITA Academy boasts a placement percentage of over 95% among the 85 national and international partners that adhere to the initiative.
